Because our products are handmade to order, all sales are final. This final sale policy is consistent with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel.
All other items
We will be happy to accept returns for exchanges within five business days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and with the original tags affixed. We check all merchandise for defects or damage prior to shipment; it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless the return is a result of an error on behalf of our Company.

Fabrics - Colors - Materials
BuenosAyresKids can not grantee the same exact fabric at all times. Sometimes patterns and colors are discontinued by the manufacturer, and that is not under our control.

All suitcases patterns will vary, but will be gender appropriate.
